Lost or missing money order?
Contact Western Union® as outlined below. We will trace and either:
1) refund your money order if the money order has not cleared, or
2) send you a copy of the cleared money order.
- If you have your receipt from the bottom of the money order, fill out the required information and return it to the address listed along with the $15 non-refundable processing fee.
- If you do not have your receipt, print and complete the Money order research request form and mail it to the address listed on that form along with the $30 non-refundable processing fee.
